Tim specializes in recreational, forested, fishing, hunting and ranch properties in west central Wyoming. He is intimately knowledgeable about the culture, character and history of this area, choosing to live and work in Dubois for 25 years.
Tim has lived and worked on western cattle ranches and farms his entire life. He earned A.S. and B.S. degrees in Forestry; and has worked as a professional Forester, Resource Manager, and log home builder for over 35 years.
As an avid outdoorsman, he appreciates Wyoming’s wide open spaces and its vast expanses of public and private lands which offer unparalleled hunting, fishing, hiking, backcountry skiing, and many other recreational opportunities. He is committed to land stewardship and values connecting people and this beautiful place. His background allows him to understand the highest and best use for a property. He knows how to contact potential buyers or inform sellers regarding a property’s true potential.
His special interests include family, big game hunting, backcountry hiking and skiing, fishing, woodworking, and building handcrafted log homes.
In 2017, Tim and his brothers are forming the Rogers School of Log Building and Design in Dubois, WY. Its goal is to teach anyone who wants to learn the art of building with logs.
