Tim Rogers is a dedicated Real Estate Broker licensed in the state of Wyoming and an Accredited Land Consultant through Realtors Land Institute. He is the past president of the Wyoming Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute.
Tim specializes in recreational, forested, fishing, hunting and ranch properties in west central Wyoming. He is intimately knowledgeable about the culture, character and history of this area, choosing to live and work in Dubois for over 28 years. He earned A.S. and B.S. degrees in Forestry; and has worked as a professional Forester, Resource Manager, and log home builder for more than 35 years.
As an avid outdoorsman, he appreciates Wyoming’s wide open spaces and its vast expanses of public and private lands which offer unparalleled hunting, fishing, hiking, backcountry skiing, and many other recreational opportunities. He is committed to land stewardship and values connecting people and this beautiful place. His background allows him to understand the highest and best use for a property. He knows how to contact potential buyers or inform sellers regarding a property’s true potential.
Tim’s special interests include family, big game hunting, backcountry hiking and skiing, fishing, woodworking, and building handcrafted log homes.
