Tim Rogers

Tim RogersTim Rogers is a dedicated Real Estate Broker licensed in the state of Wyoming. He is an Accredited Land Consultant through REALTORS Land Institute and served as past president of the Wyoming Chapter of the RLI.

Tim specializes in recreational, forested, fishing, hunting and ranch properties in west central Wyoming. He is intimately knowledgeable about the culture, character and history of this area, choosing to live and work in Dubois for over 30 years. He earned A.S. and B.S. degrees in Forestry and has worked as a professional Forester, Resource Manager, and log home builder for more than 35 years.

The youngest in a family of four boys, Tim enjoyed an outdoors lifestyle, hunting and fishing in Oregon’s western mountains and rivers. He moved to Montana to pursue a career in forestry and log home building before settling in Dubois, where he founded Wyoming Logsmiths, a log home construction and forest resource company, and, in 2007, expanded his expertise to Real Estate.

As an avid outdoorsman, he appreciates Wyoming’s wide-open spaces and its vast expanses of public and private lands which offer unparalleled hunting, fishing, hiking, backcountry skiing, and many other recreational opportunities. He is committed to land stewardship as a natural extension of a lifetime spent working on the land; and he values connecting people and place.
